On Thursday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed an executive order to shield Texans from harassment and force from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP ) or its proxies. The Texas Department of Public Safety ( DPS) is mandated to detain and detain people engaged in State control activities, such as the PRC’s” Operation Fox Hunt,” which seeks to forcibly accept Chinese nationals living overseas.

Prior to this, the FBI had originally charged people connected to Operation Fox Hunt with stalking and extorting Americans.
