A judge ruled on Monday that San Jose State University athlete Blaire Fleming could participate in an impending college meeting in response to complaints from activists concerned about safety and justice for children’s activities.
According to ESPN, Federal Judge Kato Crews denied a request by the Mountain West Conference to declare Fleming unfit to sing, noting that the competition will begin on Wednesday.
The conference’s” Transgender Participation Policy” was claimed by the lawsuit to” frost and repress the free speech rights of girls players.”
” The lawsuit was filed Nov. 13 by SJSU co-captain Brooke Slusser, SJSU associate nose manager Melissa Batie-Smoose and 10 other current and former Mountain West tennis players.
