In response, Patronis stepped down as CFO on Monday and declared his intention to move for Florida’s 1st city chair. The particular election to replace Gaetz’s chair was scheduled for Florida governor Ron DeSantis. The last election will take place on April 1 and the key is set for January 28.
Patronis, a Panama City-based restaurant and Trump nationalist, has held public office since 2017.
