In 2022, the heavily promoted “red storm” was lost at sea: Instead of a storm of liberal successes, Republicans underperformed and underwhelmed in the finals. Many of the applicants Trump supported suffered a crushing defeat. In fact, it was the rock-bottom time of the MAGA comeback: The surprise before the calm.

It forced the Republicans to reevaluate their plan and mentoring strategies. And it gave the Liberals a false sense of confidence.
But everything was about to alter.
Because, only 12 times before the 2022 primaries, a particular social media platform changed hands. On October 27, 2022, Elon Musk completed his consolidation of Twitter. Nobody knew about it at the moment, but it would be remembered as the most significant firm purchase ever made.
No exaggeration: If Musk had n’t purchased Twitter, Trump probably would n’t be president-elect right now.  ,
Such is the strength of free speech.
Before, the Tech Giants were openly pro-censorship. Videos, papers, and views that differed from “approved state conservatism” were banished, violators were deplatformed. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and the rest were deleting records, demonetizing glad, and tilting the playing field against liberals.
Yet movie records — like the Babylon Bee — were banned.  ,
It was so pernicious, Democratic employees were able to bully the systems into deleting reasonable, scientific stories about President Biden’s child — just by claiming they’re Russian advertising! It gave liberals a de facto hand over the major media’s and the world’s leading social media platforms’ editorial guidelines.
As a propagandist, you could n’t ask for a better one-two punch. It was unstoppable.  ,

Consider Donald Trump’s looks on Joe Rogan’s radio? That was a pivotal moment in the 2024 plan, between YouTube and Spotify, it was viewed over 50 million days. It aided in Trump’s resurgence of youthful men’s votes. But during the audio, Trump questioned and criticized the effects of the 2020 election.
Under the ancient laws, that picture would’ve been banned!
But banning it was n’t even an option anymore. YouTube and Facebook would n’t attempt, because they knew if they did, Elon Musk may call them up, pity them, and then post it on X.
When the press is organized into a single gang, repression just succeeds. The dance is up, though, when another outlet spies.  ,
Only recently have we learned the surprising depth of the older media censorship cabal. Analytical blogger Catherine Herridge has a lot of respect. Before moving to CBS News in 2019, she won numerous awards at Fox News. While she was at CBS, she tried to give the system one terrible surprise: a movie information history that included racism, drugs, illegal activities, and the direct involvement of President Biden!
CBS News killed the account.  ,
And she was fired as a result.
Hit STORY, CATHERINE HERRIDGE
Hunter Biden’s monitoring for CBS News is an incalculable tale.

According to Herridge, the Hunter Biden laptop history was completely vetted, authenticated, and ready to be published prior to the 2022 midterms, but CBS News firmly refused. She noted that Hunter’s word information included” the democratic use of the N-word”. ( Which, y’know, is the kind of info that might be relevant to voters in the closing days of the 2022 midterms. )
Herridge also made an effort to review Joe Biden’s reportedly unauthorized access to his personal email account from his son’s laptop. ( Why President Biden used Hunter’s laptop is unclear. ) Additionally, CBS News declined to handle this.
Question: What if a CBS News reporter had data that Eric Trump had used the N-word on a computer he shared with the leader? — how many milliseconds did it take before it’s published?  ,
Various laws for Republicans than Democrats. That’s the power of a dominance.  ,
But when they lost their internet dominance, dark waves were unexpectedly appearing on the horizon. Weird, huh?
