After reportedly reaching out to two Maryland people through social media and promising them completely tattoos and modeling work, an FBI realtor has been charged with sexual assault. Eduardo Valdivia, 40, from Gaithersburg, Maryland, faces felony and misdemeanor charges, including two matters of second-degree murder, following the situations that took place in May and September of 2024.
The survivors, both people in their 20s, were conscious that Valdivia, who went by nicknames such as” Lalo Brown” and” El Boogie”, was an FBI agent when he reached out to them through Instagram. According to police, he allegedly lured the people into signing modeling contracts using an accounts linked to a tattoo parlor in Gaithersburg. When they first got in touch, Valdivia allegedly sexually assaulted them while filming image stems at a resort and tattoo studio.
According to a police affidavit, both people told the police that they feared losing more if they attempted to flee or resisted arrest. Additionally, Valdivia allegedly threatened legal action if they refused to attend more modeling classes.
