Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant’s arrest warrants were set to be appealed by Israel on Wednesday.
The nation even requested that the ICC hold the warrants until the allure is resolved, according to a speech from Netanyahu’s business.
In response to Hamas’s assault on October 7, 2023, the ICC issued the subpoenas last month, citing concerns of crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The statement further stated that” Israel’s notice of appeal reveals in details how the choice to challenge the arrest warrants was false and without any scientific or legal basis.”
A rejection of the appeal, according to the statement, may reveal what he thought the ICC was biased against Israel.
The court’s rejection of this demand may more show to Israel’s allies in the United States and around the globe how biased the International Criminal Court is against Israel, it said.
The ICC has never made any immediate comments regarding the charm. Fadi El-Abdallah, an ICC director, said that the decision may rest with the courts if an appeal is submitted.
