The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ( PTI ) announced on Wednesday that the protest in Islamabad, which began on November 24, has been called off, Geo News reported.
The choice comes in response to law enforcement’s onslaught that resulted in the Red Zone’s dispersal. During the procedure, Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief secretary of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and Bushra Bibi, the woman of PTI leader Imran Khan, left the opposition site.

We are announcing the temporary suspension of our peaceful protest in light of the president’s cruelty and plans to turn the provincial capital into a butcher for armed people, according to a media release from the PTI press body. Imran Khan’s direction would guide the party’s next steps, the group added.
Imran Khan’s discharge was the focus of a larger movement led by PTI that started in August. Thousands of protesters gathered in Islamabad’s Red Zone, which houses essential government properties.
At least six people were killed in the clashes, including four safety officers, as a result of the presentations.
