Author Gareth Davies had a week-long fast foods eating experimented with US President-elect Donald Trump. Davies ‘ health substantially declined, according to the Telegraph. He was questioned about the long-term viability of for eating habits as a result of this practice.
Breakfast
Trump often skips breakfast, relying on a few supplements when he does n’t eat. When he does, he tends to include ham and cooked eggs. Davies followed this schedule, first skipping breakfast entirely. By evening three, poverty kicked in, and he resorted to a Diet Coke and Doritos. By the time I finished the Diet Coke, he said,” I was queasy,” adding that it was difficult to put up with the lack of a proper meal.
Lunch
Trump normally skips meal, snacking throughout the day instead. For Davies, this meant living on Nacho, which left him thirsty by mid-afternoon. ” There’s almost something good in those cards”, he said, noting that by the second time, he was craving something more substantial.
Snacks
According to reports, Trump consumes 12 bottles of Diet Coke per time along with Doritos. Davis started with three bottles, and he immediately increased to nine. He said,” It’s beyond me how anyone can manage 12 cans a day,” citing Diet Coke’s artificial sweeteners as his main source of hydration. By the end of the week, the Doritos even lost their appeal.
Dinner
Trump’s meals normally include fast foods like McDonald’s, KFC, pizzeria, or a well-done brisket. Davies replicated this program, ordering Big Macs, Filet-O-Fish burgers, KFC, and pizza. He described the dinner as warm, wet meat. Pizza was somewhat better, but however hard to eat. The well-done brisket with mustard, as Trump prefers, was the best meals of the week, though however not pleasurable for Davies.
Aftereffects
By the end of the week, Davies had lost 2.6 pounds, but Davies ‘ loss was more from thirst than from a healthy weight loss. He experienced warm arms, peeling complexion, and lower energy levels. His training suffered, and he struggled through his common riding lessons. ” Exercising was a true chore”, he said, with his usual strength levels diminished.
Davies ‘ feelings
After trying Trump’s reported eating for a year, Davies said,” I’ve always felt more bad in my life”. Davies believes the meal is unsustainable. ” It’s a bland, unhealthy routine full of fast food and sugary drinks”, he said. ” I do n’t understand how anyone could live this long,” said one witness.
RFK Jr., who was appointed to get his health minister, called Trump’s reported eating “poison”. Nutritionist Sam Rice from the Telegraph even agreed, saying Trump’s nutrition is very harmful.
