A Chattogram judge agreed to the lawyer’s ask for a protracted injunction on the grounds that he did not possess a defense attorney at the time of his release on January 2. Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari, the Hindu priest charged with sedition in Bangladesh, will have to wait until January 2 for a bail hearing.
