Let’s face it, Biden has been literally “asleep at the vehicle” in so many approaches throughout his administration that situations like this aren’t actually surprising anymore. Given that he still essentially has a lame duck and can barely stay quiet, it’s still quite terrible when one considers it. Biden appeared to be asleep earlier this year during the Arlington National Cemetery Memorial Day meeting.

When Biden visited Hawaii with victims of the Maui wildfires last season, video of the event showed him nodding off as the survivors talked about the tragic losses they’d suffered.
