One acting for the leader just made the decision that only a leader can make, and that is when someone feels compelled to commute the sentences of 37 of the 40 killers who are on federal death row.  ,

The pardons were made available by the Office of the President of the United States of America on Christmas Day, beginning at 8:00 AM. The senator was “guided by my conscience,” according to a declaration from the White House that included some of the worst offenders in history.
After the Wall Street Journal reported last week that the White House staff had covered up the elected government’s intellectual deficiencies as his shadow of delirium grew over time, Joe Biden’s actions are questionable now. Staff acted as the leader.  ,
According to the White House statement, the president claimed that he was “more convinced than ever that we must cease the use of the death sentence at the national stage.” In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted” . ,
It’s also in question how much of a” good conscience” he possesses and how much of a moral conscience he ever had on the subject of life in the first place. Biden has previously discussed the morality of the death penalty, which involves taking an adult’s life for a choice to kill someone else, but he still supports abortion, which involves taking an honest life.  ,
Three people were put on death row after their socially contented commutes. A declaration claimed this was done in Joe’s — or somebody’s — good conscience. They were the perpetrators of mass shootings in places of worship and the Boston fighter.  ,

Obviously, Joe or his proxy’s morality ends where it begins to harm Democrats ‘ political chances.

The affirmation read,” These pardons are in line with the embargo my administration has placed on national executions, in cases other than hate-motivated mass murder.”  ,
Due to the political unrest it would cause, Dzokhar Tsarnaev, the Islamist terrorist responsible for the attack of the Boston Marathon, was not allowed to receive a commuter sentence. Dylann Roof, the criminal who looked for a smooth destination and settled on a Charleston, S. C., temple, where he murdered nine black people in 2015 was left on suicide row. Robert Bowers was also placed on death row after killing eleven pilgrims and seriously injuring another at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue in 2018.  ,
The various 37 worst of the worst were given the option of spending the rest of their lives in jail, per a presidential order, though it’s not clear who made that choice. Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, lament for the sufferers of their abhorrent functions, and ache for all the people who have endured unfathomable and irreversible loss, according to Biden’s speech.
The Guardian reported that” Len Davis, a former New Orleans police commander who masterminded a drug safety band involving many other soldiers and arranged the death of a woman who filed a cruelty grievance against him.”  ,
The list includes those who killed police and military personnel on federal property, as well as those who killed guards or other prisoners.  ,

One particularly notorious murderer, Kaboni Savage, was responsible for killing 12 people in a drug operation. Some of the people who received a commuted sentence were involved in kidnapping and child murder at a U.S. Navy base. A federal grand jury witness who told the feds about his Medicare fraud was killed by Ronald Mikos, one of whom.  ,
Brandon Leon Basham and Chadrick Fulks, two death row prisoners who were spared by the government, were there for previous murders committed in South Carolina in 2004.  ,
Last week, someone at the White House also pardoned more than 1, 500 people —” the most ever in a single day” by a president.
In January, the Bidens will travel to Italy for taxpayer money in the days before he leaves office. He’ll go to the Pope, who will undoubtedly beg him to reciprocate these pardons and commutations.  ,
Freeing the prisoners is a big decision. Sparing someone’s life is an even bigger one. It’s not clear if the one making those life-and-death calls was Joe Biden.
