After allegedly stabbing a pregnant woman more than a dozen times over a$ 2 tip, a pizza delivery worker in Florida has been charged with attempted murder. After receiving a$ 33 pizza order from the Riviera Motel in Kissimmee, the 22-year-old allegedly left a furious impression on her.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Alvelo returned to the campground around 10 p. m. on Sunday with a concealed friend, armed with a weapon. The woman was attacked by the pair while she was celebrating a holiday at the motel with her partner and 5-year-old daughter. According to the New York Post, Alvelo reportedly stabbed the victim 14 days before fleeing the scene.
The victim ended up giving only$ 2 of the$ 50 bill she gave to Alvelo after being unable to provide any specific change for it. Alvelo showed up with her dark Toyota, followed by her friend, who apparently had a firearm, on surveillance footage. During the assault, the sufferer attempted to protect her child, but was struck in the back by the invaders. She tried to call for help, but Alvelo smashed her smartphone, and she threw her child onto the pillow in a desperate attempt.
Following the attack, the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was listed in stable state. It was eventually revealed that she was pregnant. Police immediately located Alvelo, who was arrested and charged with attempted murder, home invasion, abuse, and theft. However, her friend remains at large.
Alvelo, who worked for Marco’s Pizza, was denied friendship and booked into Osceola County Jail. The pie chain’s owners apologized and expressed their grief over the horrible affair. They assured the public that as the research progresses, they are working with the government entirely.
