It’s hard to believe that anyone also thinks that Joe Biden’s legacy is for defending again, but, obviously, the folks at CNN not fail to offend.
On Sunday night, sponsor Dana Bash opened up a conversation for a screen about Biden’s reputation. She said,” It will be really just weeks from now that Joe Biden will no longer get chairman.” ” How may his time in office been remembered? I think there’s a short—probably a shorter-term query and therefore a longer-term problem”.

CNN critic Karen Finney instantly jumped in to reward President Biden’s management of the COVID-19 crisis.
” This is a president and vice president who helped us come back from the brink during COVID, when people were dying by the hundreds of thousands every day, and we were in our houses,” Finney said, almost speaking in the same way as White House talking points.
She also attributed Biden’s efforts to reopen businesses ( which he had no control over ) and to investing in the country’s future ( which is a fancy way to say that he spent a lot of money and raised the nation’s debt ).
Finney also praised Biden’s successes in domestic policy, especially the CHIPS and Science Act, calling it” transformative” for communities across the country. She remarked,” I think that will truly transform areas around the state,” while adding that she believes Trump may try to take credit for it.

Yeah, I don’t think there’s anyone in Biden’s record that Trump will want to get credit for.  ,
” Joe Biden’s history with regard to the things that he’s accomplished, I think, may stand the test of time”, she concluded.

But, Finney did express concern over Biden’s health, noting that it was “very shocking to study late in the year about just how bad—how weak his health has become” . ,
Actually? Prior to the June 2016 conversation with Trump, she had no concept Biden was losing her marbles. Actually?
,” Like some, I did not know that it had gotten to that place”, she finally tried to spin it as a great good for his legacy. ” That being said, I think he also —look, he showed up for the job. He got the job done. Some of the achievements in Middle East and unusual plan, in my opinion, will endure for a while.
Also on the board was Scott Jennings, who didn’t allow Finney’s crazy assessment of Biden’s tradition go unaddressed.  ,
You believe that the Middle East is in better condition than it was when he took company? he asked her immediately.
” Well, I think he got our victims home”, she replied, poorly. ” I think that’s a big deal. I think it’s important to—”
” I’m sorry, which hostages”? he asked.
” He’s gotten a number of people home”, she insisted.  ,
This is misleading. He hasn’t managed to get a second prisoner house after November 2023, when he secured the release of the great daughter of Liz Hirsh Naftali, a prominent Democratic benefactor, a crucial Biden plan follower, and a Biden appointee. Naftali, who likewise purchased Hunter Biden’s painting, raises important questions about whether political bias contributed to Abigail’s freedom.

Jennings had to declare his part after some conversation between them.
” Look, I think he’s going to leave office in disgrace. The Hunter Biden reprimand was disgraceful”, he said. He will be mostly remembered for inflation and the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. And I believe that as we move forward, we’re only getting the initial draft of this right away.

Jennings continued,” But as we continue to learn about the enormous cover-up that went on, never about his health, but about his mental clarity, to cover that up, the attempts that were undertaken by the White House personnel, by his home, not in the last couple of months, but for all four years, I think it’s going to be a truly ugly book”.
He concluded,” It’s a diminished presidency because of it. And I believe we are still unsure of the full scope of what they did to conceal what they have been doing in the West Wing.
As they attempted to defend Joe Biden’s legacy, a CNN panel was recently dismantled by Scott JenningsKY:

Jennings ‘ assessment of Biden’s presidency is spot on. The ongoing cover-up of Biden’s health and mental acuity, combined with failures like the Afghanistan withdrawal and inflation, will harm his legacy… no matter how much CNN tries to deny it.
