A viral videos featuring Leonarda Jonie and Stew Peters, a far-right artist, who spew hate against Indian immigrants has caused a lot of online outcry. Peters, known for his inflammatory language, posted the picture on X with the comment:” This is the lifestyle we’re importing through’ qualified H1-B card ‘ consumers”.
In the movie, Peters launched into a altercation, calling Indians” insects and worms”, accusing them of” not assimilating into American society” and making horrible statements about their health and social values. Jonie, laughing down, did much to challenge Peters ‘ remarks, which included grotesque stereotypes and false charges.
His portrayal of Indian refugees as a threat to American culture was laced with vitriol in his speech. He continued to make fun of Indian customs, including accusations that they brush their teeth with the same substance that they use to make dish.
They use the same ingredients they use to brush their teeth as they use to make dish. That’s vile. Parasitic people”, Peters spat. Because they make up the everyday lives of millions of hardworking immigrants, these remarks are not only significantly racist but also ignorant.
The idea that Indian immigrants were apparently abusing American values and ethics was perhaps his rant’s most offensive. ” They sleep with white people’s ladies”, Peters claimed, more perpetuating harmful prejudices of American men as physical threats. He even resorted to grotesque, false claims about crime, including an awful claim that” they gang rape girls”. These obscene comments were intended to vilify an entire society based on their race and immigration status.
The racial slur “dot head,” a phrase used to demonize people of Indian descent, especially Hindus, was one of his disparaging remarks about Indians. Dot heads are used by many American women as a sign of their religious or cultural identity, and they are frequently referred to as the sari, a small attractive tag that is worn on the forehead.
Peters also attacked the H-1B card program, which has allowed a number of highly qualified Indian professionals to work in the US economy, in an effort to further demonize Indian immigrants. He denounced the system, implying that it was a car for getting in” third-world parasites” more than talented people. ” No, they are third-world bits of crap”, he added, dismissing the great efforts of these workers in tech, care, and other important areas.
Backlash erupts online
The movie triggered an instant backlash, with some condemning the overt prejudice and bigotry. A person responded:” This person may be certainly held accountable”! Another said,” Listen to their love on India and Hindus, it is merely mind-blowing and disgusting”.
Indian-Americans even pointed out the precise nature of the attack, with one post stating:” They are unable to keep the fall of Hindus in America. While Hindus are taking the lead in their social life, their culture is in decline due to a condition called wokism.
Some users criticized Peters ‘ comments, noting that they” seem to pile Hindus and Muslims collectively but specifically target Hindus when they spew hate.”
Controversial online surveys
Adding fuel to the fire, website surveys are being circulated, pitting “illegal Mexicans” against “legal Indians” as desired refugees. Astonishingly, many citizens expressed a desire for the past. One post read:” I think I would get a million more Mexican in this country over 100, 000 Indians”.

The tragedy comes amid heightened disputes over H-1B permits, a program usually criticized by far-right organizations. Peters ‘ film, however, has been extensively denounced as a new lower in conversation.
Some Indian-Americans are utilizing this time to lighten a long-standing Hinduphobia in the US One person, who wrote,” In a way, I’m glad the love is coming to the area for everyone to see. Many of us Hindu-Americans have spoken out against British Hinduphobia for decades, only to be disbelieved and dismissed. You can’t unsee it then”.
Peters ‘ Controversial Record
Stew Peters, network of The Stew Peters Show, has a record of promoting theories, including Covid-19 propaganda and anti-LGBTQ ideas. Despite his fundamentalist opinions, Peters has hosted popular characters like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s candidate for HHS, and Kash Patel, Trump’s choose to guide the FBI.
This incident underscores the growing tensions around immigration, race, and cultural identity in the US, with Indian-Americans increasingly becoming the target of xenophobic rhetoric.
