Jimmy Carter, the former US president, passed away on Sunday at 100. An airport company has revealed that the 39th President of the US always performed a ceremony on his way to the airport, honoring his memory.
The White House announced on Monday that Jimmy Carter‘s standard state funeral will be held in Washington, DC, on January 9.

Delta Air Lines honored Carter on the social media platform X, noting how he used to shake hands with every passenger on the plane.

Carter’s contributions to global peace and philanthropic initiatives earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002. His work included negotiating for harmony between Israel and Egypt.
