After a cousin complained that Budden had been seen dressed in the doorway, which they discovered on their door cameras, singer and podcaster Joe Budden has been charged with indecency. The event occurred on December 4 at Budden’s apartment complex in Edgewater, New Jersey.
Around 7:21 am, according to the neighbors, the musician was allegedly trying to enter a code into the keypad while standing outside their front door while being unclothed and trying to enter a password.

Budden was reached by officers, but he returned to his house on Monday, according to the police.
According to a Newsweek report, Budden did really discuss the incident on his radio two weeks ago. ” I merely sleptwalked there I don’t own sleptwalked. You know how I sleep: butta** good dressed. Great, dressed sleeping. I only did it again”, Budden said.
” I couldn’t possibly go through this,” said one person. It’s just me. You must cope with what comes with that, then. You would’ve always guessed it”, he added.
According to a media release from the police office, Budden is accused of lewd behavior, but he is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a sensible doubt.
A resident reported a man standing fully naked outside of their apartment building, and the Edgewater Police were called to the apartment complex. The visitor recognized the person as a cousin, JOSEPH BUDDEN JR, a 44 -year-old man. The caller’s door lens picked up a BUDDEN signal. According to the authorities release, BUDDEN attempted to enter a code into the doorway keypad several times before making his way back to his home across the hall.
Budden is not new to constitutional situations. He spent a night in jail in 2012 because he was unable to attend a Slaughterhouse concert due to a$ 75 parking ticket. Although Budden turned himself in to the police in 2014 over abuse and robbery allegations that even involved his girlfriend, all charges were dropped later.
