Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the suspect vehicle behind the terrorist attack in New Orleans that killed at least 15, acted only but was inspired by Isis, the FBI revealed.

Raia noted that the FBI has received more than 400 guidelines from the general public, including those from New Orleans and different locations, and he urged anyone who had interacted with Jabbar to come forth.

Jabbar’s history
