Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz had threatened on Wednesday that Israel may increase its strikes on Gaza if Hamas continued to launch rockets at Israel.
Israel has seen much harm as a result of refreshed rocket fire from Gaza in recent days. Although the missiles have been fired in much fewer quantities than they did in the opening days of the conflict, they are a democratic punch for the Jewish state after nearly 15 months of fighting.
Katz even demanded that victims be freed from their confines in Gaza.
