A radical Islamist terrorist marched his truck through a crowd of New Orleans residents as early as Wednesday morning to celebrate the New Year. Fifteen people were murdered and more than 35 injured. However, perhaps this drama could have been avoided if the FBI had otherwise concentrated its resources on catching real terrorists rather than focusing on targets for families, Catholics, and numerous other dissidents.
Before fatally shooting at police officials, Shamsud-Din Jabbar plowed through a crowd with his Ford F-150 Lightning EV vehicle draped with an ISIS symbol. Jabbar “recently converted to Islam” and “began acting wildly in recent months”, according to The New York Times.
However, under the direction of then FBI Director Christopher Wray, the FBI was very busy assisting in the development of a theft story involving Democrat Michigan Governor. Gretchen Whitmer to get a criminal.
Here are some others that the FBI was very intent on pursuing while a criminal grew radicalized on American soil.
Catholics
Many FBI field offices were involved in the writing of the infamous letter that identified Catholics as possible private terrorists, according to documents obtained by House Republicans in 2023.
A leaked FBI letter revealed a Richmond, Virginia, area company was investigating reported” white power” amongst Catholics who attended Latin Mass. The letter warned of” Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” and noted feasible invasion into Catholic areas using “various forms of informants”. In later letters, it is revealed that FBI field practices in Los Angeles and Portland were working with Christians.
Trump Followers
According to The New York Times, Jabbar apparently began radicalizing in recent months. But the FBI wouldn’t have caught on to that because around the same day that Jabbar was radicalizing, the FBI was singling out Trump supporters, a statement from Newsweek showed.
Newsweek reported that “nearly two-thirds of the FBI’s recent studies” focused on Trump backers accused of disregarding “anti-riot” rules.
After Jan. 6, the FBI expanded its “anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists-other” ( AGAAVE ) category to” jumpstart investigations into Americans based on their political affiliations”, as my colleague Jordan Boyd reported. More than a year later, the FBI created the “AGAAVE-Other” group, which devoted its assets to observe, as Boyd explained, “anyone the firm deemed an anti-government ‘ domestic violent fundamentalist’ with seemingly severe political affiliations”. According to Newsweek, “government officials acknowledge that it applies to political violence attributed to the former president’s followers,” despite the fact that Trump supporters were never officially recognized as members of this type.

According to an unknown senior intelligence official, Trump’s military poses the greatest threat of domestic violence and political instability because of both the reality and the issue set.
Kids At School Board Sessions
In a note issued in October 2021, the DOJ instructed the FBI to use” risk tags” to identify activists attending school board meetings. The recommendations from the National School Board Association, which called for terrorism actions to be used against parents who speak up at school board meetings, were just weeks after the Biden White House approved them.
Attorney General Merrick Garland, according to my partner Tristan Justice, “encouraged the use of an FBI tip series for people to flag families for surveillance.”
Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Parents for Liberty, described a mother being reported to the FBI for being “quite unhappy” at a school board meeting when talking about the negative effects of bans and school closures.
Pro-Lifers
During the Biden administration, the FBI intended 55 pro-lifers for “praying, singing, and evangelizing at contraception services across the U. S.”, as Boyd reported. Under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances ( FACE ) Act, the Biden administration targeted pro-lifers instead of targeting terrorists or the at least 90 instances of “abortion-fueled firebombing, vandalism, and other attacks on lifesaving pregnancy centers, pro-life organizations, and churches …”
In reality, 75-year-old Paulette Harlow was charged and found guilty for violating the FACE Act after she prayed at a Washington, D. C., pregnancy center. Harlow received a two-year prison sentence.
The FBI has long smeared pro-lifers as hazards, with previous FBI-special-agent-turned-whistleblower Steve Friend revealing in an interview with the Tennessee Informer that the FBI showed officials a video produced by the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center that, according to Friend, “ranked individuals who oppose pregnancy, pro-life protesters, as a greater risk than Islamists”.
Grandmas
Imagine how much worse the deadly incident on Wednesday would have been if the FBI hadn’t abducted 71-year-old Rebecca Lavrenz, a dangerous grandmother, off the street.
According to the official statement of facts, Lavrenz was recently found guilty on four counts after entering the Capitol on January 6 for roughly 10 minutes after having briefly spoken with at least one Capitol Police officer before leaving. On April 19, 2021, two FBI agents showed up at her home and returned the following week for a consensual interview. Lavrenz was sentenced to one year probation.
At least Americans can relax in knowing that Catholics, parents, Lavrenz, and Trump supporters are absent from town halls.
