The bars were created by recent star nutritionist and endurance guru Dr. Peter Attia, who is a true Renaissance person. The site claims that the bars are” the most effective lightweight proteins on this planet.”
Full disclosure: I bought them. I mean, actually ladies want “more proteins and fewer energy” to help us “increase body and lower body fat”.
