What, you didn’t really think The Swamp may slip away on its own, did you?  ,
New York Judge Juan M. Merchan announced now that he will proceed with President-elect Donald Trump’s sentencing on January 10, a scant 10 times before he will be formally proclaimed as our next president in what was described by reporters as” an extraordinary change.”

In a very questionable, politically charged court circumstance that substantially deviated from normal precedent, Trump was convicted of falsifying his business records to cover a 2016 payment to “adult actress” Stormy Daniels. Trump has strongly denied these claims, asserted his sincerity, and declared his intent to charm the judge’s ruling. Additionally, Trump’s lawyers have argued that the situation may be dismissed as soon as possible because of the illegal “disruptions to the establishment of the Presidency” after winning the presidency on November 5.
Due to the numerous legal abnormalities in the case and recent Supreme Court decisions that have increased political immunity from prosecution, many legal experts believe that Trump’s appeal has a good chance of succeeding.
Judge Merchan appears to have made the president of the United States of America a one-time agreement by forgoing lockdown. The board contains anything else. According to Judge Merchan’s remarks regarding the punishment get:
It seems appropriate to state the Court’s desire not to implement any word of confinement, which the People acknowledge is no longer a reasonable recommendation, even though this Court as a matter of law may not make any decision regarding sentencing before giving the parties and defendants the opportunity to get heard.
Isn’t that good? Judge Merchan isn’t “inclined” to shove the newly-elected leader in prison for a disputed transaction to a movie sun. He’s not already prepared to make up his mind, but his “inclination” is to defy the Executive Branch and cause a legal issue.  ,

What a cherry!
For most American, this kind of bizarre legal excess is shocking, awful, and un-American. But for the Swamp Creatures in the Deep State, this is par for the course: There’s a purpose why lawfare sounds like battle!
And an out-of-control prosecutor with delusions of grandeur is improbable to be deterred by reason, the common good, or common sense. You can be certain that Judge Merchan may push the envelope as far as he is, and will do everything in his power to punish, damage, and embarrass the approaching leader, even if prison is a bridge to far ( at least for now ).
The Radical Left hasn’t given up. It’s certainly going ahead. The next verse is the same as the second: Defeat Trump, undermine MAGA, apply lawfare in novel methods, and collect your pound of meat.
Jan. 10 won’t be the last pandemic of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Keep your head on a rotating because Judge Merchan will still have his hand ready to nail his political foes.
Over and over and over again.
