Far-left Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his resignation on Monday, leaving behind a tradition of damage and conflict. He was in charge of Canada’s highest business for almost ten years.
” I intend to resign as party leader]and ] as prime minister after the] Liberal Party ] selects its next leader through a robust, nationwide, competitive process”, Trudeau said during a Monday press conference. It has become apparent to me that if I have to fight inside battles, I cannot be the best choice in that vote because this nation deserves a genuine choice in the upcoming election.
The Liberal Party’s and Trudeau’s popularity among Canadians is heightened by their cratering preference ahead of the region’s general election in October. Recent polling by the American Broadcasting Corporation indicated that the Liberal Party is projected to drop a sizable number of seats and its hold on power, while the opposition Conservative Party is projected to get majority control of the federal government.
Trudeau has recently received calls from opposition politicians and legislators from his own celebration. Those calling became particularly notable following last season’s exit of Chrystia Freeland, Canada’s finance secretary and one of Trudeau’s leading sycophants. According to Fox News, Freeland “wrote a scathing letter of resignation”, in which she cited” criticisms over]Trudeau’s ] handling of certain economic policies as well as the threats levied by Trump”.
Since winning a second term in office, President-elect Trump has trolled the now-outgoing prime minister by referring to Canada as a” state” and Trudeau as its “governor”. The remarks came in reference to the approaching president’s conviction that America is” subsidizing” places like Canada.
Following his late-November meeting with Trudeau at Mar-a-Lago, Trump wrote on Truth Social,” It was a pleasure to have dinner the other night with Governor Justin Trudeau of the Great State of Canada.” ” I look forward to seeing the Governor again quickly so that we can maintain our in-depth discussions on tariffs and trade, whose outcomes will be truly amazing for all.”
Following Trudeau’s withdrawal news, the soon-to-be 47th leader floated the idea of making Canada the “51st state”.
A Terrible Tradition
Legacy media will definitely portray the league of Canada’s communist darling as a glowing victory, much like they did with their reactionary policy of President Jimmy Carter’s political job.
But for normal Indians who were forced to live under his finger for nearly a century, Trudeau’s withdrawal couldn’t have come quickly enough. The disgraced prime minister’s reputation was left by overreaching state edicts and failed leftist guidelines.
In earlier 2022, for example, Trudeau weaponized the country’s Situations Act to pin motorists protesting his administration’s Covid picture authority for the driver business.
The Liberal prime minister ordered the French military and intelligence agencies to compel the truckers and other people protesting in Ottawa, the country’s capital. In addition to , apparently backing GoFundMe’s tries to deplatform fundraising efforts for the convoy,  , Trudeau’s management also , expanded , “its terrorist financing laws to pin crowdfunding sites like the convoy’s new software GiveSendGo”, The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd reported.
Trudeau — who , went into hiding , upon the convoy’s arrival in Ottawa — also , grossly smeared , the protesters with the typical diatribe of leftist slanders, including accusations of “antisemitism, Islamophobia, anti-Black racism, homophobia, and transphobia”. His use of the Emergencies Act was later found to be “unreasonable” and prohibited by a Canadian court.
But the devastation brought by Trudeau’s premiership doesn’t stop there.
Last month, the federal government added more than 300 so-called “assault-style firearms” to its list of prohibited guns. Owners will be required to turn them in by the deadline of October 30th, 2025, according to Breitbart. According to the outlet, current Minister of Finance and Intergovernmental Affairs, Dominic LeBlanc, suggested that the confiscated firearms could be delivered to Ukraine to aid in its conflict with Russia.
Other leftist-backed policies embraced by Trudeau in recent years include support for radical gender theory, government-enforced limitations on farmers ‘ fertilizer use, and mass migration.

And when he wasn’t inflicting pain on his own people, Trudeau was busy sticking his nose in U. S. affairs.
Last month, the “proud feminist” lectured American voters for denying Kamala Harris the White House. The disgraced prime minister suggested Harris ‘ defeat was the result of her acting like a regular person and not her failures as vice president.
” We were supposed to be on a steady — if difficult sometimes , — march towards progress. … And, yet, just a few weeks ago the United States voted for a second time, to not elect its first woman president”, Trudeau said. ” Everywhere, women’s rights and women’s progress is under attack , — overtly and subtly, but I want you to know that I am and always will be a proud feminist. You will always have an ally in me and in my government”.
Trudeau notably criticized the Supreme Court of the United States for overturning Roe v. Wade in the summer of 2022, falsely claiming that access to abortion, which involves the death of an unborn child, is a “legal right.”
