After a stunning road-rage strike that was caught on camera, a second mother in Massachusetts was left with severe injuries, the New York Post reported.
After being body-slammed by another vehicle in Attleboro on Friday morning, Hailea Soares, 31, suffered a brain injury and several broken legs.
When the vehicle in front of her immediately stopped, causing a slight incident between the two vehicles, Soares, a mother of two, was driving in the area just before 9 am. According to Soares, the situation immediately escalated when the other vehicle, 26-year-old Gladior Kwesiah from Rhode Island, frequently slammed on his brakes. ” He kept slamming on his pedals and then when we got to the crossroads, he hit a mild and he was in front of me”, Soares told WHDH-TV News. ” As soon as we went through, we didn’t even make it across and he slammed on the brakes, so I hit him”.
The violent assault started at this point. According to the authorities, Kwesiah stormed out of his vehicle and forcedly removed Alves from her car. Soares, who merely intended to document the damage, claimed Kwesiah threw her phone to the ground after taking pictures of the damage. The lady received the picture of me being thrown to the ground after I tried to defend myself, and he picked me up as he was about to do it. ” I remember thinking,’ I’m in the air right then. I’m in the air.'”
Martins was left on the ground with numerous injuries after the terrible attack was witnessed. Soares was described as being harmed and in tears as spectators watched her as she was shocked, according to a GoFundMe website set up for her.
Kwesiah was detained on the spot and charged with assault and battery using a deadly weapon that caused severe injuries, obstructing house with malicious intent, and operating a vehicle without a license without a permit. He was held on$ 25, 000 loan.
Martins was rushed to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, where she was treated for a damaged hip, a broken finger, an injured eye hole, and a critical mind wound.
Despite her wounds, Alves said she was just glad she was returning home to her children. In a separate meeting with ABC-TV News, she claimed,” He was just being a jerkoff on the road.” ” I don’t know if he was having a terrible time. I don’t know what that was, but if that’s the type of person he is, I don’t believe he belongs in world with the rest of us”.
