Despite what progressives want you to consider, when the Supreme Court overturned Roe V. Wade in 2022, it didn’t get away a person’s right to an abortion. Simply put, it gave specific says more power. And despite the left’s fear-mongering, abortion rates have really increased since the Supreme Court decision.  ,

In response, most states have changed their own pregnancy legislation since 2022, and while many states are more in favor of life now than ever, people have gone out of their way to make abortion even more accessible. With that in mind, Americans United for Life ( AUL) put together its annual” Life List 2025 State Rankings”, and I’ll admit it’s not as black and white as you might think… or as red and blue as the case may be. While the majority of the list is predictable, with heavy blue states making up the majority of the top 10, while brighter states making up the rest, there are some that might shock you.  ,
Here’s how AUL determines the ranking ( and word: it’s not all about abortion ):  ,  ,
Each month, AUL releases its Living List, which ranks state from most to least pro-life based on their existing life-affirming plans. AUL examines each country’s living privileges from vision to natural death. This includes regulations on abortion, legitimate acknowledgement of preborn babies, bioethics, assisted suicide and end-of-life patient care, and medical right of consciousness. Also, claims are awarded items for their life-affirming cultural and political landscape and speed.  ,

But, who made the top 10? Also, Arkansas is at the top of the list for the second time in a column. The Arkansas Family Council’s Jerry Cox said,” Becoming the most pro-life state in America did not happen instantaneously. It took many years of hard work from a lot of people” . ,
Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Indiana round out the best five. Personally, I was shocked to discover Arizona in the top ten, nevertheless, and AUL points out that it was surprised to see Alabama fall from number ten to sixteen. Georgia, my house state, is eighteen, South Carolina is thirty-one, and Alaska is thirty-two, which defies my sentiment.  ,
The list’s conclusion was slightly less stunning. The least pro-life position in the country is Vermont, followed by New Jersey, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii to round out the middle five.  ,
According to AUL, just 41 pro-life costs and resolutions were passed in 2024, compared to 59 in 2023. While West Virginia became the” second position in the country to amend its state law to affirmably protect against physician-assisted suicide,” several state passed charges that would allow money for pregnancy resource centers.

On the other hand,” Twenty says introduced bills to allow physician-assisted death, with state like Delaware and New Hampshire coming dangerously near to legalizing death-on-demand. However, every state remained strong in its efforts to stop assisted suicide becoming more common. It was also noted that chemical abortions are on the rise, making up 63 % of all abortions.  ,
