Here we go still again: each warfare murder brings the reaffirmation of the accepted media narrative. That tale goes like this: when Muslims death heretics, Muslims are the patients. The real issue with extremism massacres is that Muslims must be concerned about being the target of an” Islamophobic backlash” in their wake. Although this has seldom, if ever, really happened, and of course does not happen, we are told this again and once, after every terrorism strike. In connection with the warfare massacre on New Year’s Day in New Orleans, this myth is now being repeated.  ,

The Texas Newsroom reported Saturday that at the first Friday prayers at Houston’s Medical Center Islamic Society since the New Orleans attack ( the perpetrator of which, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, lived in Houston ), the worshippers were shocked, horrified and fearful. The Imam Basem Hamid declared:” As Muslims, we condemn this affair, this tragic act with the most significant and strongest speech. This action is incompatible with Islam and the majority of Muslims, and it is inherently wrong. There is no explanation for it or an excuse for it. He added:” This is how people get radicalized – by getting exposed to unreliable sources of Islam” . ,
It would have been good if he had explained exactly what Shamsud-Din Jabbar got bad about Islam, but he didn’t, and wasn’t asked to do so. The writer had no reason to ask because he pretended Islam was a peaceful religion and didn’t ask. Hamid also knew that anyone who attacked Jabbar for violating Islamic law may be flagged as an” Islamophobe” in any way.
The Houston mosquegoers appeared to be much more involved with that” Islamophobia” than with Jabbar’s alleged misunderstood of Islam. Some Muslim residents worry about the effects this will have on their communities, according to the Texas Newsroom review, which continues:” In the midst of the vehicle assault and the discovery that the vehicle lived in Houston and had pledged allegiance to the criminal organization ISIS. Will they be chosen? Should they be worried about their health? Many people who were present for Friday prayer quickly realized that the alleged culprit did not represent them or their faith.

One of these was a woman who was identified as” Umme Kulsum”, which is unlikely to be her actual name, as it means” Kulsum’s mother”. Whatever her title may become, she freely expressed her fear of the mythical” Islamophobic” police:” The second fear in my mind was I hope it’s not one from our neighborhood — that was the first fear”. Not” The first thing that crossed my mind was that many people were killed or injured.” She continued:” Then it’s like, now what will happen? What next? What might the anti-Islamophobic responses in our society be? Although there won’t likely be any of these reactions, the establishment media has never before been stopped.
Some mosque members claimed that there is an unsettling feeling that echoes what they experienced more than 20 years ago. One of them recounted:” I lived through September 11 and I have, to this day, have very vivid memory of both how sad it was and then afterwards, how difficult it was to be a Muslim in the U. S. and how concerned I was about practicing, simply just going to mosque”.
Actually, Muslims in the U. S. suffered no particular hardships after 9/11. One of George W. Bush’s first remark was to visit a mosque, declare that Islam was a peaceful religion, and warn Americans against being cruel to women who wore hijabs following those events. The Muslim population and the number of mosques in the U. S. skyrocketed, and no laws were passed ( or should have been passed ) depriving Muslims of any rights.

Facts, however, never get in the way of victimhood posturing. Shariq Ghani of The Minaret Foundation, which despite its Islamic name is described as” a multi-faith group in Houston”, said:” The clergy I’ve spoken to aren’t very concerned about retaliation or secondary attacks. What they’re most concerned about is how this impacts us, our neighborliness, our social cohesion. Will it cause Islamophobia or other undesirable groups to exist in our city?
The idea is that any discussion of how jihadis use Islamic texts and teachings to recruit peaceful Muslims and justify violence must be stopped because it allegedly promotes” Islamophobia” and harms” social cohesion.” This propaganda initiative is frequently used by non-Muslims in the West, which is why it continues to be used. The establishment media’s approach could be a Babylon Bee headline:” Jihadi Kills Non-Muslims, Muslims Hardest Hit”. Will this insanity ever recede?
