President-elect Donald Trump is wasting no time outlining his vision for the world’s coming, and his approach is as strong as his campaign promises. Trump is calling on Republicans to unite behind what he describes as “historic victories” for the American people in order to accomplish a individual, comprehensive reconciliation bill to address some of his best priorities.

Trump’s Mega-MAGA act aims to incorporate border protection, increased American power generation, the expansion of his 2017 tax reductions, and an innovative new plan to reduce taxes on tips. In a move standard of Trump’s America-first thinking, he proposes funding these measures through taxes and income from nations he says had taken advantage of the U. S. financially.
In a blog on Truth Social, Trump wrote,” Members of Congress are getting to work on one strong Bill that will bring our Country back and make it greater than ever before.” ” We must Stable our Frontier, Unleash American Energy, and Refresh the Trump Tax Cuts, which were the largest in Story, but we will make it even better- NO Income ON TIPS. IT WILL ALL BE MADE UP WITH TARIFFS, AND MUCH MORE, FROM COUNTRIES THAT HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE U. S. FOR YEARS. Republicans must band together to deliver these ancient victories to the American people. Getting smart, tough, and send the Bill to my office to mark as soon as possible. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”!

At a closed-door House Republican surrender Saturday night, just re-elected House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said President-elect Donald Trump was in favor of passing a single healing bill that would solve his priorities, including border protection, energy and an extension of his signature 2017 tax law, two sources with immediate knowledge told NBC News.
GOP lawmakers have publicly debated whether to try to pass one or two reconciliation bills to advance their agenda since the November election, when Republicans regained control of the White House and the Senate and maintained control of the House.
Reconciliation removes the Senate’s customary 60-vote threshold, which prevents Congress from passing party-line tax and spending legislation.
In an interview Sunday on Fox News, Johnson reiterated that Trump wants to pass “one big, beautiful bill” using reconciliation.
” I think at the end of the day, President Trump is going to prefer, as he likes to say, one big, beautiful bill”, Johnson said. There is a lot of merit to that because we can put it all together in a massive up-or-down vote, which literally saves the country because there are so many components, and it will give us a little more time to negotiate that and get it right. That doesn’t mean that we won’t come right out of the gates, you know, full-fledged, right out of the beginning of the Congress”.

For Trump, the stakes are high. His election mandate would be confirmed by a quick victory in this legislation, which would also form a solid foundation for his subsequent term. It’s still to be seen whether the GOP will take advantage of this opportunity. Let’s hope it will.
