A Georgia court imposed a fine on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to pay nearly$ 22,000 in attorneys ‘ fees to the conservative watchdog group.
Fani Willis was found in default by the Fulton County Superior Court next month for refusing to turn over papers in an open records complaint.
A open records lawsuit seeking information of her communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith was brought by Fani Willis.
After refusing to respond to its lawsuit involving connections she had with Jack Smith and the fake January 6 Committee, liberal watchdog group Judicial Watch  requested that the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia grant her a default view.
In 2022, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan , launched , an investigation into whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis coordinated with federal authorities during her years-long spacecraft into Trump and his affiliates.
In his letter to Fani Willis, Chairman Jordan requested all paperwork and communications between or between the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and DOJ and its parts, including but not limited to the Office of Special Counsel Jack Smith, relating to the analysis by your company into President Donald Trump or any other eighteen people named in the indictment.
Judicial Watch requested documents of her connections with Jack Smith in response to Jim Jordan’s notice to Fani Willis in a Georgia Open Records Act demand.
Within five business days of the passage of this Order, the court directed Willis to perform a thorough research of her information for flexible materials, according to Judicial Watch.
