Aileen Cannon, a District Judge appointed by Trump, blocked the transfer of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s record on his inquiries into Donald Trump and two of his people.

In addition to these two studies, there were allegations of meddling with the 2020 election and mishandling of classified records. The 11th Circuit Court will have to hear the report before it can be released in order to hear the incident motion filed by Trump’s co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, who were accused of obstructing classified documents and facing charges of obstruction.
Nauta and De Oliveira argued on Monday that the transfer of the report had “irreversibly and incorrigibly” prejudice them as defendants. The last report’s small number of edits even disapproves defense attorneys. The defence team even criticized the “limited-access” draft’s over the weekend and the “revelatory one-sided narrative” that the case’s defendants” committed the crimes charged in this case.”
Judge Cannon ruled last summers that Donald Trump’s trial was unlawful due to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s session. The decision is up for appeal and is good to go before the Supreme Court.
In a letter to Garland, Trump attorneys Todd Blanche and John Lauro wrote that “releasing Smith’s review is clearly not in the public interest, especially given President Trump’s dominating win in the vote and the delicate nature of the continuous transition process.”

Smiths ‘ company earlier on Tuesday informed the court that Garland does not make the classified records public. The document is two amounts. One size discusses the findings of the classified documents case, while the other examines Trump’s campaign’s research into the election’s 2020 vote.
These defendants may permanently suffer harm as civilian casualties as a result of the government’s unlawful and contumacious use of social law, including the release of the unauthorized Report, according to Nauta and De Oliveira’s attorneys.
Trump’s lawyers argued in a letter to the judge that because Cannon declared the particular attorney’s office illegal, Jack Smith don’t be allowed to create reports on anything

The transfer of any secret report prepared by this out-of-control private citizen who falsely poses as a counsel would be nothing more than a political stunt to advance President Trump’s agenda and support Smith’s massive taxpayer funds, the letter states.
If Attorney General Merrick Garland decides to postpone publication for various reasons, the statement is likely to be released on Friday. There’s definitely reason for that, considering the delicate nature of some of the classified records.
