The Melania Documentary Is a Big, Beautiful Sign of Trump Acceptance

I did not believe the remaining again, but it’s starting to look clear that most Americans, yet Harris electors, have accepted the Age of Trump.

Say it: you were unnerved by the lack of fighting leading up to the 2024 vote. No fresh videos of allegedly abusive police officers or schoolboys disrespecting reporters were released, nor did the media flog severe new viruses to support crazy new voting practices, and even the lawfare apparatus appeared to be holding back in anticipation. Otherwise, the Trump Train broke into the place while there was an strange silence on the left.

We all held our breath as Trump and the skilled new GOP delivered a get, hoping the other’s foot would fall. Once more, there were no violent protests, beating-downs in the streets, or even any hysterical election denial in the media ( as one might expect from the more emotionally detached partisan hacks ). On the contrary, the breathing, puffing woke tale website seemed to sputter and tremble to a block at next, as all around came news of organizations and companies liberating themselves of DEI, ESG, CRT, and more.

And there’s no denying how much better all feels. The mass of large immigration madness, world instability, over-regulation, compelled deal with mental disease, weaponized law enforcement agencies, and unpleasant alternative mandates is sliding off America’s back. Also Harris supporters are slowly expressing their satisfaction that Trump won. &nbsp,

It seems as though Trump’s defeat is genuinely representative of a fundamental cultural shift. After all, could it be that America is fine with President Hitler Trump’s 47?

For instance, Melania Trump has an agreement with Amazon Prime Video in the plays.

Amazon announced that its Prime Video has licensed an upcoming film on the first woman that does provide an “unprecedented, behind-the-scenes look”. Perhaps more interesting is the choice of producer: Brett Ratner. To this day, I remember walking into a shop that carried lots of magazines just after the 2012 poll, and every one handle bore the well made-up, coiffed, styled, and retouched visage of then-First Lady Michelle Obama. One puke was enough for one lockstep worship, and as my communism allergy developed, I literally hives.

However, when Melania took over from Michelle, the fawning coverage of first ladies like Mrs. Obama and Hillary Clinton vanished, only to return once Jill was firmly seated in the role. One of the prettiest, most embarrassing things I’ve ever witnessed an industry of allegedly professional workers doing.

But then, just last fall, Melania released her eponymous memoir. It wasn’t surprising to see the book skyrocket to# 1 upon impact, what was shocking was that a New York publisher (Skyhorse Publishing, in this case ) dared to break ranks and handle Melania’s project.

The gate opened once that crack appeared in the dam ( and the long-denied profits were queried ), and the new first lady is now working for the largest production company in the world as a media agent. And unlike Big Hollywood’s heroic efforts to prop up mediocrities like the Obamas, Hillary, and Meghan Markle, Melania is a naturally alluring and fascinating woman. If I could buy stock in the upcoming documentary, I would.

Now, not everyone is going quiet into that good night. Progressive traditionalists are angry that Melania was invited to the party. After all, only lefties can negotiate lucrative book deals and streaming deals!

Back in the early days of the# MeToo reckoning/hysteria ( depending on your POV), the hard left at the legacy media outlets collectively snared in agreement that Director Brett Ratner was accused of some sort of sexually inappropriate misconduct by “multiple women.

The Cut ( the pop culture site connected to New York magazine ) was especially b****y. In a piece titled” Melania Isn’t Done Turning Her Life Into Content,” it was made clear that the project was an SOP for leftist leaders to profit from book and streaming deals worth millions of dollars. Have they met Meghan, the Duchess of Netflix? After serving as the first lady of America, Melania was all she did to write one flimsy book. If she hadn’t, things would have been strange.

Not everyone is therefore resigned to the upcoming MAGA, and some people are probably unable to bear the idea that Cruella de Ville would be given access to ( and make money off of ) their storied cultural machine. However, regular Americans, the target audience for these things, are eager to learn more about their former and current first ladies. &nbsp,
