After Pitt officer suffered spinal injuries as a result of violent protests against transsexuals, the DiPippas are facing prison and fines.
On Monday, the few who threw firebombs at a University of Pittsburgh Michael Knowles performance received a jail sentence and fines of$ 50, 000.
According to The Pitt News, Brian and Krystal DiPippa “entered a packaged plea bargain with federal authorities after pledging guilty to charges of conspiracy and restriction of law police.”
Brian DiPippa may invest five years in prison, followed by three years of care. According to the report, Kristina DiPippa was given three years of probation and 240 days of community service for “restorative fairness” reasons.
Further, the couple is required to pay$ 47, 284 to a Pitt police officer who suffered a spinal injury during the incident, along with$ 1, 400 to the Pitt Police Department to cover damages to equipment and uniforms.
The wounded officer stated at the hearing on Monday that he awoke on April 18 with the intention of helping and assisting the area in any way that I had.
According to him,” Brian DiPippa woke up that morning with the sole intention of attacking and harming police officials.”
Around 30 people showed their support for the DiPippas at the sentencing hearing, many of whom carried little transgender flags in a nod to the Knowles celebration on transsexuals.
As recently reported by The College Fix, the Department of Justice first made its initial prosecution of the couple on June 30.
The “incendiary gadget” was thrown during violent demonstrations against the traditional debate on transgenderism and whether it should be governed by the law, a topic that occurred in April between conventional Michael Knowles and liberal Brad Polumbo. Additionally, activists burned a photo of Harrison on fire.
Many thanks to the law enforcement officials and lawyers who forced these left-wing jihadists to bear at least some of the implications for their actions. The prosecutor was far too liberal, but it’s something. photograph. twitter.com/YfrZ189rom
