After CNN’s attorneys presented new data without notifying opposing lawyers, attorneys for Zachary Young accused CNN of” trial by ambush” on Thursday.
Fresh claims that CNN destroyed his employment as a result of their report from November 11, 2021, which he alleges was fabricated and that he offered evacuations on a “black market” following his 2021 withdrawal. Importantly, a court later found Young “did not behave illegally or unlawfully”. Young alleges, nevertheless, that the use of the word “black market” in the CNN chyron “rendered Young completely unskilled” because it implied that Young was involved in illegal do. Young’s testimony and evidence demonstrated that the defense’s deals Young was engaged in explicitly prohibited role in “black marketplaces.”

Henry, obviously upset, next went to his halls before returning and scolding both lawyers for introducing fabric post-discovery. In the end, Henry gave Axelrod permission to use the report for further investigation.

After both attorneys were criticized for” throwing mud back and forth” and using “personal attacks,” Henry threatened a$ 100 fine for any further aspersions made. At one level, Young’s prosecutor accused CNN’s group of being “desperate”, while Axelrod accused Young of making up” some extraordinary ruse” and bringing a false case to court.
The money may come toward North Florida Legal Services, according to Henry. Therefore, in good faith, Axelrod offered to pay the good.
Young after testified that the Helios deal used to support the” trial by invasion” accusations was only a security clearance record and did not refute both his assertion and his earlier assertion that he did not make money following the CNN segment’s playing.

Afghans trying to leave the country are confronted by a “black industry full of claims, demands of exorbitant fees, and no guarantee of safety or success,” according to the Tapper section.
According to the testimony provided by Young on Thursday, what CNN did not include in their report was that Young had successfully evacuated 22 women and one child from Afghanistan on behalf of the businesses he was employed at the time.
