It’s all about the revengeful, cruel insanity of a warrior who wants a prize no matter what, according to lawyer Alan Dershowitz, who is completely correct about why dishonest Judge Merchan and his Democrat cronies wanted President-elect Donald Trump given a pointless “unconditional release” in New York.

Like Capt. The Democrats ‘” Trump Derangement Syndrome” is so destructive that they still want to embarrass Trump as much as they can even when they are aware of how terrible their lawfare is and even when they are aware of how badly they have failed in their final goal. Their desire to call him a” convicted felon” trumped ( pun intended ) everything else.
Dershowitz criticized Merchan on Newsmax for revealing his word in advance. Always have I ever heard a judge make the announcement that his statement would be a” no word,” and he was trying to influence the Supreme Court, and he evidently did so by influencing Roberts and Barrett, who were the two justices who were supposed to act on Trump’s representative. The good news for Trump is that four judges believe this situation deserves to be reopened.

Dershowitz believes the newly elected president may file an appeal and that Trump must do so. Dershowitz positively predicted that” the Supreme Court will take the case,” and that” I think it will be reversed if lower authorities don’t currently change the situation.” So this is an instance of judicial manipulation, game playing]from ] Alice in Wonderland” by Judge Merchan.  ,
In fact, Merchan’s aim was to have one of those trophy hanged from their living space, like they are known to hunting, from their bedroom. He desired a prize that can be displayed on it to everyone, all of his friends, along with Donald Trump’s mind. He is the person who gave Donald Trump the position of a criminal after his arrest.
Dershowitz, for his part, vehemently stated that he” did not call Donald Trump a convicted murderer any more than I would have called a civil rights employee who was convicted of spitting on the street in the South when I was one of the marches down it, a convicted murderer.” He is a convicted honest man, a convictedly framed-up person”. And Merchan and the district attorney of New York, Alvin Bragg, have both made significant contributions to the death of our constitutional structure, according to Darshowitz, who urged that no one refer to him as a criminal.
