In a possible discovery in efforts to end the continued Gaza war, Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has authorized Mossad captain David Barnea to participate in stalemate negotiations in Qatar.
Netanyahu’s business confirmed the choice on Saturday, but it did not specify when Barnea would go to Doha, where Hamas and Israel have engaged in direct speaks.
