The raging wildfires that are currently sweeping through Los Angeles County have dramatically demonstrated the tremendous ineptitude and misplaced priorities of California’s management, from the legislature to nearby government. California Democrats are proposing to dedicate$ 50 million from the state funds to pay for legal action against the incoming Trump presidency and to protect illegal immigrants from deportation as one of the state’s most costly fire disasters in history.

” The$ 50 million plan comes as California Governor Gavin Newsom’s special legislative session to ‘ Trump-proof’ the country’s left-wing rules began convening Thursday”, reports the Daily Caller. According to reports, legislators intend to give the state Department of Justice$ 25 million to pursue legal action against the incoming Trump administration and another$ 25 million to nonprofits that fight immigration reform and deport illegal immigrants.

California Democrats ‘ decision comes just weeks after an illegal immigrant is accused of trying to start fires with a rocket on Thursday near the Kenneth Fire.
The choice of legislators to grant$ 25 million in grants to left-wing immigration advocacy organizations comes only days after an illegal immigrant was accused of trying to launch burns with a flame on Thursday near the Kenneth Fire.
Scott Wiener, the chairman of the California Senate Budget Committee, supported the proposal.
” This financing deal cements California’s readiness to serve as a barrier against Trump’s radical agenda”, Wiener said in a statement.
The so-called pro-pedophile bill, which sought to end automated sex-offender registration rules for some individuals who commit sexual acts with juveniles, was introduced by Weiner, a radical leftist Democrat. The bill’s goal was to stop “discrimination against LGBTQ young individuals on the sexual offender registration.” Every time Nancy Pelosi retires, he apparently has an interest in her congressional chair.

It is difficult to overstate the Democrats ‘ recent proposal’s insaneness in California. California’s politicians are more focused on an anti-Trump mission than on responding to the immediate needs of people and first responders as the state struggles with devastating fire that have already destroyed over 10,000 structures and are projected to trigger$ 20 billion in protected losses.
One may assume that California Democrats will recognize that this is their chance to demonstrate they are taking the issue seriously when Democrat leaders at all levels of government are being criticized for incompetence.
Obviously no.
In reality, Gov. With the intention of making regulations that would defy the Trump administration, Gavin Newsom convened a special legislative session to tackle fire prevention and isolation.

The hundreds of Californians whose homes and businesses have been destroyed by the recent fires are indignant about this ridiculous focus on legitimate moving.
The dishonesty here is glaring. California Democrats have doubled down on their political agenda despite Republicans pushing for the$ 50 million to be used for wildfire relief and prevention, including Assembly leader James Gallagher and Senate leader Brian Jones. Gallagher correctly points out that putting legal battles and fighting for shelter laws before fire reduction is a total misallocation of resources. Republicans are calling for Newsom and the Democrats to focus on fire-proofing California, no” Trump-proofing” it.

The priority of Democrat lawmakers is creating a$ 50 million slush fund to hire government lawyers for hypothetical fights against the federal government and to defend criminal illegal… at a time when California should be laser focused on responding to the devastating wildfires in LA.

When the upcoming votes occur, I hope Californians remember this.
