One month before giving strength to his Democratic replacement, Donald Trump, the incoming US President Joe Biden delivered his last foreign plan address at the State Department in Washington on Monday.
Biden’s speech addressed all from his efforts to build stronger American allies to the policies of his administration toward China and Ukraine.

Biden says a peace deal in the Israel-Hamas conflict is “on the verge” of being finalized.
