Is it Monday already? No, actually, I’m not even asking for a pal. Everyone dreads Things, in part because it signals a transfer to the grind of the week. But dear God in His God, this Monday cannot possibly come quickly much. If any of my Desktop readers or coworkers can make it to Utah, I’m thinking about hosting a beverage knock in the garden starting at 7:00 a.m. MST. I’m thinking of smoking meat wings. Please provide a food to share. And no Jenga, Uno, Settlers of Catan, or Ticket to Walk. Yahtzee may be permitted on a first-come base.  ,

With the National Headache/Nightmare/Dyspepsia about to come to an end, exiting Mannequin-in-Chief Joe Biden issued his farewell email to the state on Wednesday. Also accounting for the fact that he probably did not write little, if any, of it, it is still a bible to the level of neglect, difficulties, and delusion that became marks of the last four decades. Yet if Biden had written the self-congratulatory epithet, he probably threw out a back patting himself on the back for a phrase that may make him feel like he needs to carry a bag over his head whenever he leaves his Rehoboth Beach home. He does not, ironically, discuss his social victory over Corn Pop, his deep knowledge of gay right at the age of twelve, his Puerto Rican heritage, or the tale of his brother being slain by savages. Unfortunately, he should have been more convincing in his statement.
Instead, what we have from the “kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Claymont, Delaware”, is an epic fantasy comparable to” The Lord of the Rings” or maybe” Game of Thrones”. I’ve never seen the former, but I am only guessing. Don’t feel me? Here is his opening phrase:
Four years ago, we stood in a spring of risk and a spring of choices. The worst crisis in a decade, the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, and the worst assault on our politics since the Civil War gripped us. But we came up as Americans, and we braved through it. We emerged stronger, more successful, and more stable.

Are we talking about the same state? He means the U. S., correct? This view, we had a crisis that was blown out of proportion with protective measures that, for some, were worse than the disease. Instead of focusing on treating people who were really at hazard, the country went into a quarantine that destroyed businesses, damaged knowledge, and increased isolation, substance abuse and porn use. As for an economic problems, I don’t understand that happening until Biden took office. Under Trump, I found a job when I needed one, got a development and two increases. Under Biden, companies shuttered, the price of gasoline went through the roof, and citizens almost had to sell a kidney to get egg. Don’t get me wrong, this is the “worst assault on our politics since the Civil War”! Given the Biden administration’s border policies of admitting God-knows-who to the state, that harm may be still to appear.  ,
You might have emerged stronger and more successful if you were BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, a member of Congress, or Biden’s inward loop. Then, count your gifts if you’re still breathing. More protected? Like the Afghanistan removal? Has the temerity to attack Israel and murder innocent citizens. Ukraine was invaded by Russia because it felt safe. And then there’s Iran. How safe are we at this? I know, this inquire China.
Biden lists some of his other accomplishments, including
- Adding 1.6 million fresh employment
- bridging the racial wealth gap
- ” Rebuilding the nation”
- Increasing manufacturing
- Technological technology
- Increasing access to medical coverage and lowering the cost of prescription medication

Oh, and the violent crime rate is at a 50-year small. I’m surprised he didn’t boast our safe borders. Were we all watching the same video for the previous four years?
The Man Who Thought He Was President said,” In the end, this is my farewell letter.
Background is in your hands. The energy is in your hands. Your palms hold the key to America’s existence. Simply put, we must remain committed to God and realize who we are. There is nothing that can be done up beyond our capabilities because we are the United States of America.  ,
 , Bless you.  ,
 , Joseph R. Biden
We know, Joe. That’s why we voted the way we did. And as they used to say at the restaurants at closing day,” You don’t have to go home, but you can’t be here”.
