Another time, more confirmation hearings with Democrats who care more about posturing and strengthening their qualifications as part of the Trump weight. It’s exhausting but very little exactly what was expected. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill. ) couldn’t help but take some cheap shots at Donald Trump during Pam Bondi’s confirmation hearing.

He claimed that President Trump” claims he has, phrase, an absolute right to do what he wants with the Justice Department. And that’s how he conducted his second term”.
Durbin continued,” He properly pressured the DOJ to investigate his adversaries and interfered with the legal circumstances of his friends and allies.” He also attempted to use the Justice Department to rig the benefits of the presidential election for 2020.
Lies. All rests.
” The president-elect made it clear that he values one thing above all else, and he said it over and over again, Loyalty”, Durbin continued. ” Speaking about Attorney General Sessions, Donald Trump said, offer, the only explanation I gave him the work is because I felt commitment. He was an original admirer. However, Trump claimed he shouldn’t had nominated him and fired him when then-Attorney General Sessions did the right thing and disregarded himself from the Mueller research.

Given how Donald Trump was never used against him by the Biden Justice Department during his first term, this is especially humorous. Even more astonishing is that just two weeks prior, the Washington Post reported that Joe Biden regrets appointing Merrick Garland as attorney standard because he believed Garland failed to pursue stronger legal actions in the case of Donald Trump’s election.

Think that.
Durbin continues to make up claims that he is concerned about Donald Trump’s actions, which Joe Biden himself really did, and that Bondi will say “no” to him when he does.  ,
He also brought up the 2020 election as an example, and Bondi blindsided him by pointing out his fraud.
” He said to the Georgia secretary of state, find 11, 780 seats”, Durbin told her guide
Do you possess that call’s full context? Bondi asked. It may have been taken out of context, but I feel like it was significantly longer than that.
” It was an hour long”, Durbin admitted.
” Right”, Bondi replied.
Durbin:” He said to the GA Secretary of State,’ find 11, 780 seats.'”
Bondi:” Do you have the whole context of that visit? It seems like it was substantially longer than that.
Durbin:” It is. It was an afternoon long”.
Bondi:” Correctly”. photograph. twitter.com/Zda2o8aEC9

Bondi’s level becomes apparent when reading the record of the call, which demonstrates that Trump’s words indicate that he was arguing that a complete investigation would uncover evidence of dishonest votes that would affect the election’s outcome rather than that he had specifically requested Raffensperger to “find” 11, 780 votes for him. Trump insisted that uncovering these disparities may result in his victory in Georgia by reaffirming his conviction that the election had been marred by anomalies. The ask for” 11, 780 vote” was a reaction to the reports of deceptive activities, not a need to create votes.
