Senior officials from President-elect Donald Trump’s administration, including the majority of his designated Cabinet nominations, were at the White House on Wednesday to join in a move training held by President Joe Biden’s group.
Homeland Security Adviser Liz Sherwood-Randall presided over the change tabletop exercise in the White House Situation Room, according to the White House, and included a sizable portion of Biden’s incoming Cabinet for the two-hour program. Since the attacks of September 11, 2001, the training has been a crucial component of political transitions. It gives the incoming and incoming teams a chance to practice how to deal with and manage a variety of national security crises.

Individually, Susie Wiles, Trump’s White House chief of staff was seen in the West Wing before Wednesday ahead of the training meeting with older members of the former administration.
