In a charter filed Tuesday in federal court, Oklahoma , State Superintendent Ryan Walters , sued the Biden presidency due to the cost of illegal border crossings. The lawsuit asserts that prices will continue for decades because immigrant children who currently reside in Oklahoma” will need to be educated throughout college age,” he wrote.
Especially, Walters sued three governmental agencies responsible for immigration enforcement, accusing President Joe Biden’s leadership of imposing a financial hardship on Oklahoma institutions through a “repeated loss” to secure the world’s southern border.
Along with the Biden presidency officials at the helm of each company, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and two other entities that fall under its purview are named accused.
