In a charter filed Tuesday in federal court, Oklahoma , State Superintendent Ryan Walters , sued the Biden presidency due to the cost of illegal border crossings. The lawsuit asserts that prices will continue for decades because immigrant children who currently reside in Oklahoma” will need to be educated throughout college age,” he wrote.
Especially, Walters sued three governmental agencies responsible for immigration enforcement, accusing President Joe Biden’s leadership of imposing a financial hardship on Oklahoma institutions through a “repeated loss” to secure the world’s southern border.
Along with the Biden presidency officials at the helm of each company, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and two other entities that fall under its purview are named accused.
According to the Oklahoma Voice:
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Oklahoma City federal prosecutor by Walters and the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Although the lawsuit doesn’t require a certain dollar amount, they requested a judge order the federal government to charge the position for the cost of educating immigrant children. Regardless of multiculturalism status, public schools are legally required to teach all students who enroll.
Hardworking Oklahomans are compelled to pay the price of President Biden’s dereliction of duty, according to Walters in a affirmation. Biden has neglected his duty to protect our borders for four decades. ” This complaint is about transparency and ensuring that our children receive the quality education they deserve, completely from the federal government’s losses, even from a failed, cheerful management”.
