Outgoing Attorney General Merrick Garland’s parting remarks might really give Joe Biden a move for his wealth if you thought his farewell speech was terrible.

During his notes, he warned about the “grave inequity” stemming from the misuse of Justice Department power. That was nothing quick of humorous and disrespectful. &nbsp,

In light of the crimes committed under his command, his comment came off as a workshop in hypocrisy. Garland, who constantly stressed the need for the Court to become free of “partisan influence,” appeared to forget that under his leadership, the DOJ developed into a politically charged tool targeted at former US President Donald Trump.

Garland argued that” the same forces that give the federal prosecutor the power to carry out justice also give rise to the possibility of significant injustice.” However, Garland presided over continuous, politically inspired investigations into Donald Trump and his partners, including false satellites into Trump’s post-election activities, as well as using the Court to go after Biden’s political opponents. He thus permitted the Court to be used as a resource of political persuasion. &nbsp,

Now that Garland has the courage to alert of the “grave inequity” that may result from the abuse of power, the injustice he actually orchestrates, what should be? &nbsp,

Flashback: It Looks Like the Biden Administration Pressured a Resistant FBI to Raid Mar-a-Lago

This look at his history. Garland, acting on Biden’s representative, became a big threat to the rule of law through his democratization and weaponization of the Department of Justice. His most significant abuse of power was the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago house, which he privately approved. &nbsp,

Yet after a murder test on Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Garland continued to defy law enforcement.

Moreover, Garland authorized the FBI to look into parents ‘ complaints about transgender plans and critical race theory, erroneously claiming there had been a surge in challenges. Eventually, a whistleblower revealed that Garland lied to Congress about using antiterror measures against these families. Additionally, he used the Department of Justice to bring charges against pro-life protesters who were attempting to enforce their First Amendment rights.

Garland’s DOJ also raided Project Veritas leader JamesO’Keefe’s home over a book history, violating hit rights. However, Garland carefully enforced the legislation, ignoring medical home deaths in Democrat-run states while targeting states with voting integrity laws and abortion restrictions.

Those actions make his emphasis on Court “independence” and that the department may make decisions based on justice, no politics, but laughable. &nbsp,

Flashback: Report Confirms Joe Biden Wanted His Court to Impede with 2024 Election

In the end, Garland’s goodnight address was a vicious slap in the face to all those who the DOJ’s corrupt administration badly targeted. His wry speech about the agency’s alleged integrity only serves to highlight the total hypocrisy of his whole tenure. Garland’s declare that he fought for fairness while presiding over a Court was blatantly fabricated for political gain is not just humorous, it’s also greatly insulting. &nbsp,

His reputation will not be one of upholding the rule of law, but rather one of undermining it, erodeing any sense of fairness, and using the DOJ as a political tool to target his foes. Garland’s career will be remembered for sowing section and frustration, not for the pursuit of accurate justice.
