Yoon Suk Yeol, the president of South Korea, will make an appearance at a reading in a Seoul courtroom on Saturday to object to his proper arrest, according to his attorneys.
Yoon, detained since Wednesday following a large-scale police functioning at his house, had experience rebellion costs. These accusations stem from his declaration of martial law on December 3, which caused the country’s worst political upheaval since its later 1980s political change.
The Seoul Western District Court was requested by the corruption investigation department for high-ranking officers, who was directing a joint research with the police and the military.

Yoon is expected to make an argument against having his custody while the investigation is slated for 2 p.m. ( local time ). By late Saturday or early Sunday, the prosecutor is anticipated to make a choice.
Outside the court, a collecting of Yoon’s supporters demonstrated throughout the day, demanding his launch.
In the event that an arrest warrant is granted, Yoon may be held by investigators for up to 20 times while getting ready to turn the situation over to the prosecution for prosecution. Yoon may be released and brought back home if the warrant was rejected.
The problems began when Yoon imposed military law and sent soldiers to the National Assembly and vote offices in an effort to break through congressional gridlock. Just hours later, when lawmakers who managed to pass a blockade voted to pull the measure, the standoff ended. On December 14, the opposition-dominated council voted to impeach him.
