Most Americans are already aware of the abominable laws that incoming President Joe Biden has implemented. From leaving our southern border wide open to driving up prices, the Democrat commander-in-chief’s career in the Oval Office has been an emphatic hazard for the nation and its people.
Biden and the left-wing radicals in charge of his administration aren’t done making ridiculous and risky decisions, even though he is set to leave in disgrace in the coming days. In fact, they are doing everything in their power to smear the citizens who overwhelmingly rejected their unsuccessful “leadership” as they walked out of the White House.
1. Releasing Gitmo Captives
What better way to leave than to open the Guantanamo Bay cell?
The Biden administration has spent the last few weeks in office moving jihadists and another bad players imprisoned at Gitmo to other countries around the world. The choice appears to be an effort to meet Biden’s commitment to stop the high-security detention center by the end of his administration.
Unsurprisingly, relocating Gitmo inmates to foreign nations has produced horrible consequences. According to the New York Post,” Twenty-three years after the 9/11 strikes on NYC, fresh US knowledge documents reveal 234′ rehabbed’ past Gitmo prisoners have returned to , violence and killing Americans — an unsettling 32 % rehabilitation level. The majority of them are still at huge and have not been recaptured.
2. Pardoning Hunter

As The Federalist’s Tristan Justice reported, Biden issued an executive buy earlier this month “banning fresh oil and gas projects across 625 million acres of ocean across the East and West Coasts, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bering Sea”. Trump has pledged to reverse the “ridiculous” edict, but the law used by the incoming administration to stop the anticipated projects will appear to make such a move much more challenging.
4. Terrible Ship Names
Nothing more frightens America’s foes than marine ships named after two of the country’s worst leaders in recent U.S. story.
Biden announced earlier this week that two upcoming U.S. aircraft operators would be named after former US Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Because, as we all know, it was the president who, along with an Oval Office volunteer named Clinton, merited having marine ships named after them that launched America into always wars in the Middle East.
5. Whitewashing Foreign Policy Failures
One of the Biden administration’s worst traits was undoubtedly his international policy. But obviously, Biden concluded his administration belittling America about how “great” it was.
In a rambling talk, the soon-to-be former senator said with a flat experience,” Right now, in my watch, thanks to our leadership, the United States is winning the global rivals. … Compared to four years ago, America is stronger, our alliances are stronger, our adversaries and competitors are weaker”.
If you ignore how Hamas ‘ deadly terrorist attack on Israel was sparked by Biden’s weakness and inept foreign policy, a Russian invasion of Ukraine, attacks on American troops in the Middle East by Iranian proxies, and more recent events involving Iran’s weakness and foreign policy, Biden’s weakness and incompetence have increased Chinese aggression toward U.S. allies in the Indo-Pacific.
6. Student Loan Bailout
After twice being rejected by the United States Supreme Court, Biden is now trying to circumvent the country’s high court by unilaterally rescuing student loan borrowers in his final days in office. More than 150, 000 people who chose to take on such loans were” cancelled” by the administration, which announced Monday.
7. Ukraine Funding
The administration has spent its final weeks emptying America’s finances to the benefit of Ukraine, a trend that has consistently prioritized foreign interests over the needs of U.S. citizens. In order to support Kyiv’s conflict with Russia before Trump’s inauguration, Biden and Co. have provided billions of dollars in funding and equipment to the country.
The U. S. has allocated close to$ 200 billion for Ukraine since the conflict began.
8. Communist Cuba
Given its own embrace of communist-style tactics, it wasn’t a total shock when Biden helped out Cuba by rescinding its designation as a state sponsor of terrorism.
9. Lawfare Antics
Biden attempted to make one last jab at the incoming president through his useful idiot Jack Smith even after his legal feud with Trump erupted. According to Breccan Thies, the DOJ-appointed special counsel’s report on his Trump case on January 6 was “designed for a woefully uncurious media complex regurgitate nonsense about the bogus case.”
Much to Democrats ‘ dismay, the report actually dispelled the faux argument that the Jan. 6, 2021, demonstration amounted to an “insurrection”.
10. Asinine and Dangerous Commutations
Presidents are known for imposing commutations before taking office, but Biden’s proposal to reduce the sentences of criminals found guilty has been nothing short of revolting.
People found guilty of spying on behalf of China’s communist government are included in his list of commutations. According to the New York Post, he also commuted the sentences of” 37 of the 40 men on federal death row — a list that includes at least five child killers and several mass murderers.”
The sentences of nearly 2, 500 so-called “non-violent drug” offenders were also reduced.
11. extending Temporary Protections for Foreigners in America
Biden took his anti-American globalist agenda one step further, as if allowing millions of illegal aliens to flood across the U.S. Mexico border wasn’t bad enough.
In an apparent effort to sabotage Trump’s deportation plans, Biden announced last week he was extending, as Politico described, “temporary deportation relief” to foreign nationals from various nations, including Ukraine, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Sudan. According to the outlet, the directive extends the program for El Salvador until March 2026 and Sudan, Ukraine, and Venezuela until October 2026 for noncitizens from these nations who are residing in the United States until October 2026.
12. Equal Rights Amendment
Biden has made it a personal habit to rail against “democracy” every chance he gets, despite the fact that he is supposedly passionate about defending it. Case in point: the so-called” Equal Rights Amendment”.
The Delaware Democrat unilaterally declared that the aforementioned amendment, which would allow leftists to use America’s founding document to advance radical gender theory, had been ratified as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution days before taking office. As The Federalist’s Elle Purnell noted, however, the ERA “died 43 years ago when it failed to obtain ratification by three-fourths of state legislatures. It’s dead in the water”.
