US President Donald Trump, on first day of assuming business, fired renowned restaurant Jose Andres from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, week after he was seen with his intended killer in a photo earlier this month.
Along with Andres, Trump even fired Mark Milley from the federal system advisory committee, Brian Hook from the Wilson Center for Scholars, and Keisha Lance Bottoms from the leader ’s trade government.
” Our first day in the White House is not over yet! My National Personnel Office is constantly in the process of identifying and removing over a thousand National Officials from the past Administration, who are not aligned with our perception to Make America Great Repeatedly,” Trump said in a blog on Truth Social.
” Let this serve as Official Notice of Dismissal for these 4 people, with many more, coming quickly: Jose Andres from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, Mark Milley from the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, Brian Hook from the Wilson Center for Scholars, and Keisha Lance Bottom from the President’s Export Council—YOU’RE FIRED! ” he added.
Andrés was with Ryan Wesley Routh, who reportedly attempted to assassinate Trump while he was golfing at his West Palm Beach team.
Secret Service agents intercepted Routh, who was armed but had not fired. Routh fled the scene, dropping his AR-15-style weapons, but was immediately apprehended by local authorities.
