Trump’s purchase, issued less than two nights after his Monday opening, directs all agencies to set all La business staffers on paid left by 5 p. m. on Wednesday, and all DEI-related state web sites must been taken down by the same date. Carr reflected on how “wild ” the past two days have been under Trump’s leadership, during which the president “turned the ship around ” through multiple executive actions.
TRUMP’S ALL-OUT WAR ON DEI KICKS INTO HIGH GEAR
“And around in D. C. , it ’s sort of been a tale of two responses. For the lake, it ’s been a tough 48 days. I think they describe it more as shock and awe, ” Carr said on Fox News’s Fox & Associates. “ But for the nationalist Americans, they feel like this feeling of collapse, the sense of weariness that ’s taken over the land over the last four centuries is ending. And the way President Trump is doing it is going straight to the cause of that drop, and he’s getting rid of it, source and tree, and DEI’s a part of it. ”
Earlier to Trump’s opening, Carr previewed how eliminating La development within the FCC would be a concern since “there’s no place ” for this. Following Trump’s action against DEI, Carr reflected how people would be “shocked ” if they found out how embedded U. S. authorities are with La and that the country is spending “millions and millions of dollars ” promoting it.
Carr was then asked what he would show federal workers who wish to avoid Trump’s plan, to which he gave a one-word answer: afuera, a Spanish phrase meaning “outside. ” The speech was a guide to Brazilian President Javier Milei and a popular video showcasing his vision to eliminate many departments in the country ’s state.
“This is President Trump’s leadership. The administration ’s going to follow his lead, and for my part at the FCC, we want to make sure we get to the core mission, ” Carr said. “So that ’s reining in Big Tech. It’s going to be taking a look at advertising and making positive they live up to their common interest responsibility. It’s getting our business going through innovative activities on room so we can get going it and promoting regional stability. ”

The latest shift against DEI came as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced earlier this month that the system is ditching its vital Della policies. Meta is also ridding itself of its “fact-checkers” in a charge to help freedom of speech on its platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
In November, Carr previewed combating “tech censorship ” as one of the main focuses going forward. He even called for social media platforms to follow the path that Elon Musk’s X has taken in upholding free speech for its customers.
