In a speech, the Afghan Women’s Movement for Justice and Awareness celebrated the ICC determination and called it a “great traditional success”.
The organization said,” We believe this success will open a new book of responsibilities and justice in the country. We believe this success is a sign of the power and will of Afghan women.”
The Taliban state has not yet made any comments regarding the judge’s action.
Even Friday, the UN mission in Afghanistan said it was a” horror and travesty” that women remain deprived of education.
The UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan’s Roza Otunbayeva, the head of the organization, stated that it has been 1, 225 time, or soon to be four years, since the government imposed a moratorium prohibiting women over the age of 12 from attending school. The fact that thousands of Afghan girls have been denied their right to education is a tragedy and tragedy.
According to Otunbayeva, Afghanistan is the only nation in the world that directly forbids women and girls from all educational levels.
