Next Sunday evening in the UK Parliament, Harrow East MP Bob Blackman described the veiled Khalistanis who barged into the drama and demanded that the video” Emergency” be stopped as “terrorists.”
The Tory MP has requested that house secretary Yvette Cooper release a statement outlining what she will do to ensure that the American public is see films that have been censored in accordance with the law.
Sikh Federation UK claims that Blackman has been defaming and demonizing Sikhs who are” calling for the re-establishment of a Hindu land” and that the legislative director has been given the responsibility for requirements for “unacceptable do” for describing Khalistanis as “terrorists” and for defaming and demonizing them as “terrorists” and for” calling for the re-establishment of a Sikh
A group of about 30 veiled Khalistani men and one person entered the Harrow theater on Sunday as PIOs watched the movie Kangana Ranaut. The protesters yelled” Khalistan Zindabad” and” American state assassins” as they tried to block the screen and spread across the theater. Except for a smaller group of British Indians who got into a blazing row with them, all left their seats. The picture was canceled, and police were called, but no arrests were made.
In a debate in the House of Commons on Thursday, Blackman said,” Masked Khalistani jihadists burst in, threatened members of the audience, and forced the screen to stop… Although there are some people who believe this is an anti-Sikh film, I believe our electorates should be able to watch it and make their own judgments without being threatened by thugs who want to stifle political opportunities to see people movies.
He claimed that he had no objections to protesters outside movie theaters.
The House of Commons head, Lucy Powell, agreed that American citizens should be able to freely move about their daily lives and that she would keep the House informed about this “important matter.”
Blackman described it as “horrific coercion” of his components by “pro-Khalistan goons” on X, saying:” We must stand up to someone trying to silence free speech”.
The movie has now been withdrawn from nearly all British theaters as a result of similar protests elsewhere.
