In one tape, Sinwar is seen kneeling alongside another person over a map in a private house while sporting a polo shirt and a black view.

Sinwar, a vital designer of the October 7 attacks on Israel, was killed on October 16 during a shootout in Rafah. His brain was afterwards identified using DNA, medical records, and fingerprints.
