US President Trump pushed for Arab countries to accept more Palestinian refugees from Gaza so that they can” fresh out” the region’s war-torn region.
Trump revealed that he had a 20-minute question-and-answer conference with Air Force One reporters on Saturday and that he had spoken with King Abdullah II of Jordan earlier in the day. He also plans to meet with Iranian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi on Sunday. ” I’d like him to get people. I’d prefer Egypt to acquire people”, said Trump. “You’re talking about, perhaps a million and a half individuals, and we just clean out that entire thing and claim,’ You know it’s, over ‘”.
Trump mentioned how pleased he was with Jordan’s ability to accept Palestinian refugees and that he would like for him to “take on more, because I’m looking at the entire Gaza Strip best now, and it’s a disaster.” It’s a true clutter”.
He added that for a mass movements of Palestinians” may be temporary or much term”, noting that the area encompassing Gaza has experienced “many, some problems” over centuries.
” Something has to happen”, Trump said. However, it’s actually a dismantling page at the moment. Nearly all demolished, and individuals are dying it”. He said he favors having Muslim countries build homes for Palestinians in a unique place where they could “pose for a change” while also urging them to “maybe live in peace for a change.”
Trump has been politically engaged in making decisions regarding the Israel-Gaza battle since his White House gain on Monday. Trump soon issued numerous executive orders and voiced his thoughts on a range of subjects, including the Israel-Hamas peace. The captives are beginning to return. Oh, if I. If I weren’t ok, they wouldn’t be again ever. They would not have returned. They would have all passed away. If this were done a year earlier, if Biden may have done this offer a month and a half, two years ago, or honestly, it should have not happened”, he said.
Trump also voided an executive order that Joe Biden had approved for sanctions against aggressive Jewish settlers in the West Bank. In the Israeli-occupied territory, which has been under Israeli occupation since 1967, some settlers and organizations have been identified as a result of Bibiden’s February 2024 order.
However, earlier in the day, Trump lifted the restraint on delivering 2, 000-pound weapons to Israel, which was recently imposed to minimise civilian casualties during Israel’s fight with Hamas in Gaza, already under a delicate peace.
In May, then-President Biden had first forbid the distribution of these big bombs in an effort to stop Israel from conducting a full-fledged military functioning in Rafah, a southeastern Gaza city. After the majority of its one million citizens and internally displaced people had ejected the place, Israel did, however, take control of Rafah a month later.
A package of 1,700 500-pound bombs destined for Israel was also affected by Biden’s earlier expulsion. These smaller weapons were gradually delivered a few weeks after the first hold, though.
