Noem Confirmed as DHS Secretary

Was it treason? Of course. Giving aid and comfort to the enemy is the definition of treason, and it is undeniably true that the open border provided a lot of aid and comfort to China, Russia, Iran, and other enemies of the United States. True, neither Mayorkas, Biden, nor anyone else involved in the opening of the border will ever face treason charges. However, legal experts will argue that the statutory legal definition of treason was not met. However, that misses the point, which is that the Biden regime actually committed crime against the country rather than the niceties of the law. The plain truth is that they betrayed the American people, not just a trial or conviction. We can only hope that Trump, Noem, and border czar Tom Homan can reverse the damage.
