Selena Gomez, an actress, posted her thoughts on Instagram on Monday to show her concern about the deportation of illegal immigrants from the US.
Deportation and relocation efforts are currently in full swing throughout the nation. Gomez posted a picture of herself crying over the situation after the United States Air Force posted photos of unlawful immigrants board its flights and local law enforcement confirmed detention.
” All my people are getting attacked, the kids. I don’t know. I’m so sad. I wish I could do something but I didn’t”, Gomez says between grief. ” I don’t know what to do. I’ll consider everything, I promise”.
Soon after, Gomez posted suddenly to her Instagram story, only this time it was a black screen with the words,” Obviously it’s not okay to exhibit empathy for people”. Both comments were deleted by Monday evening.
Traditional critics were critical of the popular movie.
On X, Outkick number Tomi Lahren wrote,” Certified fool @selenagomez crying for legal illegal aliens is really something else.” This is why we don’t listen to Disney’s child actors give us our social tips.
Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice wrote,” I take no delight in seeing @selenagomez so upset over illegal immigrants being deported from the U.S., but where are the video of her crying and promising to do everything she can for the 340k missing kids who have been trafficked into America”?
Riley Gaines, a political activist, wrote,” Consider those who wildly cry for criminals to return to their homes but remain motionless for the innocent lives lost by those thieves.” ” Laken Riley was one of many. Selena Gomez didn’t weep for her.
Gaines was referring to a Georgia medical student who died on the University of Georgia college. Jose , Ibarra, 26, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela dwelling near school, was convicted of the crime.  ,
Commentator Steven Crowder wrote,” Fugitives of Waverly Place sun @selenagomez is an ugly crier.”
Yet President Donald Trump’s “border czar”, Tom Homan, who is overseeing the federal efforts to achieve immigration laws, had the chance to respond to Gomez’s picture. Homan responded to his question in an appointment with Fox News and stated that no people have been detained at this time.

” We’re going to do this work. We’re going to maintain the laws of this country. If you don’t like it, then go to Congress and alter the law”, Homan said. ” We’re gonna keep going. No sympathies. We’re moving ahead”.
Gomez’s papa is Mexican. Gomez recently received criticism for her achievement in Emilia Perez, a movie released last year that gave her a Spanish-speaking part despite her pleasure in her Latino heritage. Some, including Hispanic stars, criticized her slowing Spanish and accent.
